11 Years Later…

Posted on by

What I’m listening to: The Wild Rover by The Pogues

Happy blog-iversary to Words on the Page! And happy blog-iversary to all of you who have been with me along the way. Whether you’ve been commenting from Day One (Devon Ellington has!), sporadically, or lurking, I appreciate you. You guys are equal partners with me in the success of this little venture.

Let’s raise a glass….

Actually, I’ll be doing that glass-raising thing all day today, for it is my official holiday — St. Patrick’s Day. I’ll be at Molly Maguire’s. I won’t be working, so if you need me, make sure it’s because you too want to have fun.

And fun we shall have. We will toast those we are with and those who left us (all the Gallagher uncles are on that list). We will make new friends, see some regulars, and tell no tales.

Today should look and sound something like this:

Happy St. Patrick’s Day, my friends!

I didn’t know your blog launch happened on your favorite holiday. How did that happen? Too much green beer? 😀 Thank you for all you do, Lori. Enjoy! (I know you will) 😉

Congratulations on the anniversary, Lori: 11 years is a long time. And your blog is one of my all-time favorites!
