					<description><![CDATA[It irks me when someone says they&#039;re going to &quot;help&quot; me by &quot;letting&quot; me hire them. That&#039;s not how it works.  Most of those emails/contacts have never spent any time getting to know what kind of work I do.

As a follow up to an LOI package, if a company that interests me can&#039;t use me at the moment, I&#039;ll ask to be remembered if they need to hire on additional writers during a busy time, and then I add them to my quarterly direct mail postcard list to check in and see where their workload is. But not as social media communication.]]></description>
