					<description><![CDATA[I did a re-evaluation a few years ago and changed areas of focus, which helped a lot. The time is coming up to do it again. It&#039;s important to figure out what&#039;s working and what doesn&#039;t, and then replace what doesn&#039;t with what does. I would prefer they overlap, but unfortunately, I tend to have to remove myself completely from what doesn&#039;t work in order to make room for what does. Am still trying to figure out a smoother transition.]]></description>
