I don’t know that a smooth transition exists, Devon. I rather like the challenge of the “jerky start” type of transition myself. Or I’m getting used to it. Not sure which. 😉

The time is coming up to do it again. It’s important to figure out what’s working and what doesn’t, and then replace what doesn’t with what does. I would prefer they overlap, but unfortunately, I tend to have to remove myself completely from what doesn’t work in order to make room for what does. Am still trying to figure out a smoother transition.
