I LOVE the rain – the smell, the feel, the way it brings cooler air with it in the summer. I also really really despise mosquitoes. I think you made the right decision.

I often think of freelancing as running a marathon. If you start out too fast out the gate, and go too hard, you’re not going to have the energy to make it to the end 😉

Sounds lovely. I love being unplugged for a few days – blissfully unaware of world events, never knowing exactly what time it is, not being at anyone’s beck and call. (Coming back to reality is usually quite a downer, too.)
