Don't you love that people used to send photos as postcards? I have a few oldies in the family archive.

We're in weather roulette this week. A tornado touched down one town to the west and snow - yes snow - flurries are in the forecast for Thursday.

My weekend was nice. Well, Saturday was spent cleaning because the family was coming her Sunday for my birthday. My sister wound up with a bad cold or flu so we didn't want her to come and make us all sick. But my nephew was too queasy to enjoy the great restaurant we went to. Perhaps the best part of the day was introducing my niece & nephew and their mom to Scattergories - one of our family's favorite games. My sister-in-law won. Beginner's luck!

Can't wait for Writer's Worth Month to begin!
Guess the Weather -- not a fun game at all, Cathy. Here, it's between 50 and 60 degrees (normally already into the 80s), and the rain has been threatening for three days.

Everything. :)

Not as eventful as yours but very nice - despite raining on and off most of the weekend. I am playing the guess the weather game trying to get walks in between downpours. I think the rain has finally moved out of the area - for now.

Sounds like you had lovely family time, Lori. And you're right - that's everything.
