Pretty much my entire state was dodging tornadoes yesterday. Not all towns were as fortunate as mine. The first (Doppler-indicated) tornado warning of the day was issued for a storm that had barely cleared my city. Fortunately there were no touchdowns that I heard of.

Saturday I made a big breakthrough when researching my family tree (found the missing link to the parents of a many times great grandfather who was born in Connecticut in 1710 which led to a documented chain of ancestors dating back to 1330s in England, with lots of Sirs and Ladys in the lineage). Love how British record keeping goes back to the middle ages.
