I should have known you were a Breaking Bad fan. It's kind of hard to wind down after new episodes of that, though! (Did you see the junior high Breaking Bad musical all over YouTube? It's amazing..."I am the one who knocks!")

I have the same kind of weeds. Once you find the main stem they're fairly easy to pull. My hands have been too bad this summer (severe eczema) to stay on top of the weeds.

I spent most of my weekend dealing with the customer service issue that keeps getting worse. I really with more companies realized how good customer service can turn problems into positives while poor customer service only hurts them in the long run. Especially when they're dealing with a ticked off writer.

Argh. My blood is still boiling. But I need to focus on paying work today.

Sounds like a good weekend, Lori.

I'm getting ready for this weekend. :-) I leave Thursday for San Francisco, meet with a prospect in the city, then head to the East Bay to spend the night with one of my Fight Like A Girl teammates. Then a bunch of the teammates are forming a caravan to drive to another teammate's Lake Tahoe home for a 10-year reunion. :-)

I started this past weekend off on a sour note, spending over 2 hours on the phone with 1st AT&T, then Blackberry to fix the fact that my device had not been receiving emails since early Friday morning.

I was buckled down on Friday, getting work done before my trip, I hadn't noticed until Friday evening. Since Friday is the business side of the trip (prospect meeting), I didn't want to be without email. *Sigh* remember the days before smartphones?

Then my football team lost so Saturday was not good. Watched Serena win on Sunday in a great match. The weather has finally cooled off so that's worth celebrating right there. :-) Have a great week, everyone!
