My brother's birthday was yesterday, and my sister-in-law planned a surprise party for him. He walked in, and after the shock wore off he said, "Last summer I was at a surprise party and thought, 'How did he NOT know!?'" When we started telling him how we conspired right under his nose since before Thanksgiving, he realized just how clueless (and= trusting) he is. I honestly don't think he thought anyone could be bothered to gather on a Sunday evening right before Christmas, but boy was he wrong!

Now that the birthday event is done, I can focus on Christmas. I only have one or two more little things to get. So this week the only work I plan to do is write a few interview questions and do some marketing. I have a couple query ideas I'd like to flesh out and pitch. Oh, and look into that new computer… my cousin printed out a side-by-side comparison of a couple Macs he thought would fit my needs, so now I have to figure out what the differences are (other than a $200 price difference).
