I'm marketing like a fiend. If July was the month of expenses, August is turning out to be the month of work… which is not a bad sequel, I suppose. It's too hot out to do anything but stay in and clean and work, anyhow.

I've got writing to do and marketing to do. My fiction ante is upped for the next few months -- to stay on track, I have to write 3K/day, split between two different novels, as well as edit another book once I get notes from my editor.

In between that, I need short, quick -pay projects to keep the bills paid, so I better keep marketing.

Today is city council meeting day for us. We have to see what kind of ordinance we can get for crop dusting on city limits. We're sick and we're sick of being sick. That's all I know for today.
