Sure. It's called: giving something with one hand and taking it back with the other. That way they can offer the service, to attract people, but not encourage people to camp out for the day. I've actually seen cafes where there were ample outlets, but they'd all apparently had the current disconnected from them. Annoying.

Spending time on MY stuff by overhauling my site. I've needed to transition from iWeb due to its horrible SEO (as in, none), but have been a bit lazy about it. I found a theme that works, so it's high time I updated my samples. And maybe I'll work on some new samples while I'm at it.

Hopefully I'll be able to flip the switch soon!

I am going to start planning where to put all my kitchen stuff now that cabinets are hung. I can't reload the bottom ones til the countertop is in next week, and we won't have water in the kitchen until the 28th, but I'm going to have fun playing house nonetheless. And I will also spend much time preparing makeshift meals in another part of the house. I suppose I should mow the lawn and do some weeding, but I'm hoping to delegate those jobs to kids instead.

I'm planning to avoid going outdoors on Saturday, when it's supposed to be really humid, and in the 90s. That is assuming we make it through today's storms. Last night "Storm Master G" (aka The Weather Channel's Dr. Greg Forbes)listed my neck-o-the-woods at TorCon5, meaning 50-percent chance of tornadic activity within a 50-mile radius.

If it cools down into the 80s on Sunday, I might pull some weeds and try to prep an unsightly space - roughly 3' x 10', maybe 3' x 12' between one corner of the house and the driveway - to receive some hostas. I have a few to divide, and my cousins are going to their lake house this weekend, home of their amazing hosta garden (well over 80 varieties, last time I asked) and promised to bring me some divisions.

Thrilling weekend, I know.

I plan to dive intensely into ANGEL HUNT revisions, and go to a Summer Solstice celebration/labyrinth walk on Monday night.
