I can’t wait until the keys to the car are the solution to my problems! We just discussed with oldest kid that once he’s a sophomore in HS, he can be responsible for the transportation of the other two. Then I only have one to transport. He’s gonna start saving for that car now.

Kids are the unknown factor in whether you reach your goals. My own, college-aged kids often throw surprises at me that unravel my day. Luckily, the keys to the car are in most cases the solution!

Having trouble with the goal sticking. I was making a lot of progress round April/May but when the kids came home for the summer, things sorta fell apart. I can’t blame it on them can I? Though I know a significant amount of writing time was spent parenting… and not the fun part.
