People seem to be incredibly attached to every word they put down, even if (maybe even especially if) they have not worked hard at becoming skilled writers. Happily I have a great friend who is also a serious writer. We slash each other’s work to ribbons, and we both truly appreciate the help!

I look at it this way: I don’t make a lot of money, but I do get to give a lot to charity!
